1 DAY ASSERTION AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS WORKSHOP

Choose this workshop if you wish to broaden your ability to be more assertive and to manage your time more effectively. The workshop is 6 hours guided learning time with the tutor; based on group work, discussion and personal reflection.

There will be an emphasis on personal awareness and development of the skills taught.

An attendance certificate will be issued at the end of the course.
